Wink Off-Set With Tax ID Number And A Check!

Got a pal that, called me a few moment's ago telling me an experience I believe to be of the nature of fraud but, decided (against my better judgement) to pass it on! Well, here's what he did:

Called them for information on making a 'deposit' on his account (with bank of america). He then, got information leading to the banks federal tax ID number. He then proceeded to have the bank's president and vice president "sign" a certifed check for $2,500.00 FRN's.

After the deal he then went to the bank to get a "loan" in the amount of 2.5 million FRN's with a statement to the affect, "... the president and vice chairman signed a check for the balance of 2.5 million and the remaining sum of 2.5K (thousand) as acting collateral base in the instant of a loan agreement....."

He said, the ONLY thing the lady had to confirm was the signature's on the checks! I couldn't believe what I heard but, I taught him well (maybe, a bit more then what he has "chewed") but, I believe this won't be the end of it! He migth have them hands down! Time will tell!

Anyway, he gots all the papers right and the loan officer is nice and give's the man a fat check for 2.5 million for his legal "business".... Just want to share with my peep's in Surjuis!

Respects,
Phil

I'm not sure you if, you are beinging sarcastic or you don't believe me but, my only intention is to get what I know out there. People live on La La Land on some of the thread's I have seen so, i'm just ruffling the "old head's" and trying to see if, anyone has a clue how to invest their name, their SSN, or a company they might "sponser".

All i've written is true. Want to "use" the authority of working for a company and then, make out fat loans off your tax return? I'm ya guy. Want your company to pay for your tax's? I'm ya guy. Want to turn a convictions or commerical 'judgement' of any kind into cold hard cash from the "rights" their reserved against you?

I'm ya man.

Anyway, I live like a poor man. I've learned most of what I know from shyster lawyers making "mistake's" and even offered a ex con lawyer a living helping me flower the bed on my front lawn and hold down some escow trust accounts for me. And for all the ungreatful mothafu$ka's i've EVER met that bi$ch skips town after I "spring him" out of jail! This isn't a story. It took me a few years in the pin and alot of patient's to get where I am. I'm just a humble servant, my friend.

This is real life. Hey, charle's? Think I ought to write books? I look good on paper, I think. The pic is a give away i'm a sinster. Think so? I know your from chicago so, you know the "home boy" face. Funny, huh?

Regards,
Phil
