Thumbs up Dissolve Your Corporate "NAME"!

Go here: http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=articles+of+dissolution&rs=0&fr2=rs-top&ei=UTF-8&fr=ieas-dns and search for your state's dissolvement of corporate "paper's". You can also put 'Articles of Dissolution' in the search box to find your state's dissolvement "paper's" if, this link is broken.

I believe this is far better in dealing with state/federal "problem's" when they arise. (C)olorado has the best "dissolvement" listed on the above list's from my search. It say's, on the number three (3) line, "This corporation is dissolved". Now where else have I send that. Maybe, place a company or someone else on "notice" but, colorado has the best dissolvement I have seen.

Comment and let me know what you guy's think.

Regards,
Phil
