I shoulda listened to my old grand dad, he said, never argue with an idiot(s), they will just drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Not at this time. He claimed it may go into foreclosure i.e. a threat or scare tactic to pressure me into purchasing now.

Here's an update.

I sent him a CMRRR letter with his options and it was returned to me 'unclaimed'. Anyone know how this holds up in court (should it be necessary) ?

He is also threatening me with eviction now via his property manager.
