Discussion on Various "shelters"

For want of a better title -- (open to suggestions here!)

I am still looking to have some input on the various methods of 'sheltering' your assets and the pros and cons of all. The idea of researching each thing separately and from the beginning seems a daunting and timeless task -- and I know that we have all look at various things and drawn some 'hard knock' impressions -- so let's get some stuff going here --

Pure Trust

Corp Sole

LLC

OffShore Trust

Family Trust

Nested Trusts

Any information we can find, will give us all some 'head work" -- I am at a point in my life where this stuff makes sense and any thing I do from this point forward I want protected from ANY prying eyes and grabbing dirty fingers, unless they belong to my grandchildren, and I set the rules!
