I am sorry but....

How can anything from this website be taken seriously?

When a site starts talking about Illuminitiai... and aliens protecting us from our own government....????

How can they be trusted about anything past that?

I just know of what I learned from a while ago... a friend of my x's family put her belief in them whole heartedly.. and now she thinks that half her workmates are "lizardmen". And I know she beleives this true and true....

ITS WRONG... so why should I even contemplate information otherwise from them??

I just want an explaination of why?

Good article.. IF it were not from such a non trust worthy site as a whole....

Good repository of articles, but seeing them promote NESARA as well is suspect.

Question Ucc-1

if a person has a UCC-1 filed would they ever be able to get a mortgage, car loan, credit card---doesn't the filing of the UCC-1 mean the ficticious person has a lein held by the flesh and blood, the flesh and blood becomes the 1st creditor paid..so another entity may not want to be in second position

The UCC-1 serves as a notice filed with the county or state that indicates there is a Security Agreement in place. In this case between the Strawman/Debtor and the Living Soul/Creditor. It depend on what assets are pledeged by the Strawman to the LS in the Security Agreement. Let's say your SA indicates all assets owned or hereafter acquired will be pledged to the LS. If a lending institution catches the "blanket" language, they will get a release of lien by the LS on the specific asset. That way, you can get financing.

LS Lein

I had this scenerio described to me, from your understanding, is it possible.

no previous UCC-1 has been filed between strawman/ls
a mortgage is acquired, within 72 hrs a ucc-1 is filed for this asset, pledging it to LS---wouldn't this place the LS lein first, new mortgage second---making it difficult for 'lender' to foreclose in case of default

The mortgage lender will have a Deed of Trust filed at the county level. If you went to court, it would be difficult to prove a superior lien with a UCC-1 and Security Agreement.

What are you trying to accomplish?

I believe the goal of the scenerio would be to create a superior lein securing an asset---when a person applies for the loan a UCC search is done, everything comes back clean, loan process goes forward, a person signs---then in the 72 hour time frame---- a UCC-1 with PN is filed during this time frame making the bank the debtor and the person the secured party---should a default occur the lender would be second in line

not really the same filing as a strawman/LS UCC-1

The Bank will have to sign as obligee on your PN to make them a debtor. Even if the bank signed as obligee, they will have a Deed of Trust on the property.

Is the goal to secure a superior lien ahead of the bank in the 72 hour window?

My thoughts would be to close the real estate deal, utilize a mortgage elimination strategy, then sign a quit claim deed to the strawman. When the quit claim is recorded, amend your UCC-1, SA. FYI most real estate searches are conducted at the county level, so your filing at the state will not be picked up.
