What is the best trusts to use...

I have heard a good deal about pure and constitutional trusts.

Is there really any difference, or does that just depend on those creating it?

If there is a difference, which is better?

Interested in seeing more discussion on all kinds of trusts for asset protection and real estate planning.

Also, if you know of any good trust preparation companies please post them.

TONY,

DID YOU EVER RECEIVE ANY HELP ON THE TRUST INFORMATION YOU WERE SEEKING BESIDES THAT FROM ADMIN?& I'VE HEARD ABOUT THE "DOREAN GROUP" THAT USES OXFORD TRUST TO REMOVE HOUSE NOTES.& I'M JUST STARTING TO SEEK THIS KIND OF INFORMATION MYSELF.

Re:What is the best trusts to use

you could also check with www.sorce190.com (johnny liberty's group).& they do trusts and such.

i'm looking into setting up a couple of business trusts (massachussets trusts) to own an LLC.

afa i know, an LLC on the front with two trusts behind can be a beneficial way to go - depending upon your situation.

Bringing this back to the front for some additional input -- also, filing a commercial lien on property within the trust -- any one got any concrete info or research leads?

Thanks

SEEKER,

THERE IS A BOOK OUT THERE ENTITLED "TRUSTS", I THINK, WHICH IS A DEFINITIVE WORK ON THE SUBJECT OF TRUSTS. I CAN'T REMEMBER THE AUTHOR'S NAME. I WILL RECOGNIZE IT WHEN I HEAR IT.

DO YOU, OR ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE READING THIS, KNOW OF THE BOOK? I'D LIKE TO ORDER IT BUT CAN'T FIND IT.

MONTANA...IF YOU ARE READING THIS YOU KNOW THE BOOK I WANT.

THANKS TO ALL,

RICKY
