Question Nevada Corps Question

For all you corporation gurus:
I am completely uneducated concerning corporate law and structure but the best way to learn is just to do it right?
Well, I have been interested for some time in purchasing a corporation in Nevada and have contacted several companies I found on google who are doing this.
My problem is just understanding the structure of what the reps are telling me and trying to discern which structure is best for me. Also, the different reps do not agree, which causes me further confusion.
My basic goal is simple: personal protection from liability and asset protection with the most privacy possible and the ability to earn gainful self-employment with the use of an EIN instead of the SSN.

I am being told to form two LLC's through an irrevocable trust on one and
the other rep is saying I should form one LLC for my real estate and one C-corp for my monetary business without a trust.

Any advice?

Thanks
Logan

You've come to the right place, Logan!

First, you should take some time and read the first few posts in this thread, then also take a look at this document.

Second, if you could be a bit more clear as to what your plans and goals are so I can give better suggestions.

Bill, I know you have the useful strategies tucked away, I am on the edge of my seat waiting for the blessed day when you unveil them.

Please Bill, the suspense is killing us all.

Do you use a data merge for your responses? A pattern has emerged.

If not, I will explain how you could save some time when posting:

TEMPLATE: "This TOPIC is $%@#! It always loses. Not useful strategies."

Then, before pasting, just replace the TOPIC portion of the template with the subject of discussion, ie: Land Patent, Trust, Right, God, Baseball Team, America, Freedom.

As you can see, this will save you a lot of time when posting, since your message is always the same other than changes needed to cater to the subject at hand.

However, some other folks may eventually notice that you are using this template, so you may want to change things up a little bit. Here are some more templates that will allow you to stay fresh and original:

TEMPLATE: "This TOPIC is $%@#! It never wins. Not useful strategies."
TEMPLATE: "This TOPIC came out last fall! I wouldn't be caught dead wearing that rag...

See! That will keep it fresh... nobody will notice!

If so, there are no absolutes, and the only logical conclusion is that reality, truth, and right and wrong are determined arbitrarily on a daily basis by those with the most power, guns, and money, and the rest of us can choose to run, fight, or be their slaves.

Could you imagine his wife wanting to try something new?

Bill,

What on earth are you talking about? I mean, REALLY.

What kind of person who presents themselves as intellectually solvent (and that is just an assumption because you are an SJ.net member) can assert such a blanket statement with ABSOLUTELY NO points or authorities to back it up? Are you being purposefully disengenuious or do you really think a statement like that is really all it takes for a thinking man or woman to reverse course?

I'm more than happy to spar with you on the issue. However, I refused to attack an unarmed man.

Could be that he gets that attitude from her, though.

Maybe she says "Bill, your thingy never works. Not a useful body part"
