Grantor??

Quote:
Grant: To bestow; to confer, upon someone other than the person or entity which makes the grant.

Grantor: The person by whom a grant is made.

Grantee. One to whom a grant is made.

Someone once told me that everything is "Trust". You know me... I never take anything at face value... gotta do the research.

Anyway, I don't think the gubmnt or anyone else "took" freedom from the People. If you look at the above definitions you might come to realize that the People "granted" certain rights away. In other words, they "gave" their freedoms away.

I would like to carry this discussion further. Moving on the premise that there was a Grant and therefore a "Trust", let us move the conversation forward.

Ice,
Just a note of interest--Did you know that your Social Security is a grant. Far from your subject, just taking the opportunity here

I believe that the SS deal creates a "trust"... but I haven't researched this enough to make any valid claim. You state that it is a "grant" -- and a "grantor" and "grantee" are also subjects of a "trust". Are they not?
