Pure Trust structuring ?

Would someone please help me with structuring a pure trust? There is one residential property, 3 cars and family effects. There are 3 children and Grandma ,my wife and myself.Do I even have enough blocks to build a trust? My motivation is asset preservation and protection.I am going to be cashing a check tomorrow and probably for a while that is going to be 1099ed. I am stamping my checks "Deposited for Credit on Account or exchanged for frns of face value". I am wanting to secure HOME before tax time comes.I have a thread in the taxation section with more insight.I would set up a link but my 14 year old computer master is already asleep.(Yes Dad types with 2 fingers).Any help from this forum is always very appreciated.Peace.

I know of someone who may be able to help you I am going to have him set me up that way also. It can be the "Smith family trust" example however I would never use just one I would want one inside the other and make it harder to find out who owns what. Becareful not to have your names on it. Only the trustee who will take care of it and your officers. If you want his information I will contact him first to get his permission. Hope this helps. Bobbie

SJ member Purge has this big book on structuring them.

In the downloads check the asset protection area

I saw this book in the law library on doing them

Remember that in its basic form, all it is is a contractual arrangement, which can not be interfered with.
