Stuck on Trust

Hi I am from Michigan and I was trying to find out about a gentleman that Mr. Keating talked about on his cd "where's my money" his name is Dan Binum (don't know if I am spelling the last name right). I have been to Nevada to see Harry Fullerton, and I have done the process. We are trying to open up the Common Law trust. Is there any way that anyone can contact me to let me know what is it that has to be done in order to get this going. Also if Mr. Keating can contact me at www.mrbigbear1@sbcglobal.net I would be more than happy. Thanks, Big Bear

Unhappy

Dan
is no longer in the business of providing information. His site is down for good and he did his last seminar a few months ago.
He was by far the best I have ever heard explain banks and banking!

I am completing my pure trust .
I will then obtain a TIN for the entity which the IRS recognizes that its rules do not apply.
Internal Revenue Regulation, 26 CFR, Section 301.7701-4(b):
"(b) Business Trusts -- There are other arrangements which are known as trusts because the legal title to property is conveyed to trustees for the benefit of Beneficiaries, but which are not classified as trusts for purposes of the Internal Revenue Code, because they are not simply arrangements to protect or conserve the property for the Beneficiaries."
See the previuos threads in this section. Particularly Weid refers to the downloads sectionfor more info.
