Perfected Commercial Lien

We have a perfected Commercial Lien w/ attached Security Agreement and UCC Financing Statement filed on&a non compos mentis Revenue Commissioner. For those more experienced than us, please answer the following questions:

(1) Does one have to get the Lien assessed for value by a company such as "Standard and Poors", etc. before the Lien can be presented to a bank or discount broker?

(2) If the Lien has to be assessed, and assessment takes place, where is the best bank, insurance co.,etc. to present the Lien for deposit or sale?

(3) Where can one locate a discount broker that will accept the lien for a discount rate?

(4) Will the filing of an Affidavit of Common Law Lien in the public record for non payment of the Commercial Lien hinder and/or diminish the Commercial Lien in standing and/or value?

There are several other questions that need answering but we do now know of those who have successfully filed a Lien and walked it through to the final stage of deposit or sale. Anyone knowing of Men or Women who have done so, please contact us.

Thank you all for your time in answering.

Respectfully submitted,
