Offshore = Exemption Access

I've been researching my exemption account and offshore, misc. for some 6+ months. Does anyone have "advanced" research in this area? I'm past ready to weave this tapestry, just looking for other input from the SJ community. And affirmation!

Before you reply, please think of this: All things are related. To LAW. Including all the accomplishments of the members here. I've tied all of it together including, trusts, IRS/W-? issues, UCC and banking/contracts, credit, business and corporations, administration, constitutions, Rights, International Law, States and Unions, Republics, diplomats, etc. Traveling, DMV, Title, you name it. Foreign, Sovereign, I Am, Church, the Vatican.... If I've missed something.....you will let me know. BTW, my only weakness: court! ugh! (probably because it can be pointless? but I'm about to enter the arena, and I feel good!)
I want to acheive success with all the knots I'm about to tie in re offshore and Johnny Boy! I give SJ my word to share the fruits of my efforts. It's just not quite complete. This is the next avenue in the "big city", so to speak, so your help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank You All.

I have been looking into e-bullion.com.
They are located in the Republic of Panama.
Your FRNs purchase gold, silver, palladium… so if the market crashes you still have substance.
The more interesting part is you can get a debit card for purchasing stuff (all around the world.) This might be a great avenue to look into.

Employers that care about your sovereignty could put your labor in these accounts also.

SS no dash account

The holidays took me over.....

I've gathered and garnered a great wealth of information on these subjects even during the holidays. All both dumbfounding and awesome at the same time. After the original post of this thread, I went down to the local bank to see the "accounts" manager.
Amongst working on other things, it was early December I went asking to open an account "funded by my exemption". (That is without the dashes) Her facial expression and body language were self explanatory (she knew what it was/does). After the intitial discussion, she revealed that one had not been opened at their branch, but has opened at others (on Oahu). She went through the motions and was very helpful, including divulging the amount allowed per spend! Most at $5K and more upon request. She also said it needed to be non interest bearing. The key word here, she asked if I am a "VESSEL"!! Then she had to call the main branch to see if she could do it (after the revisions it may not be). No dice!!!! Important:The reason the account could not be opened is because the system kicks it back without the dashes in the SS# and she is not the person who can delete them. The "SYSTEM" does not allow it! Could I speak with the manager or someone at the main branch, perhaps?! She did give me a name, but no number to that office. (I have it now but didn't call yet. Next week....)
To make the point, I went to the bank across the street, and repeated this request. This lady had no clue what it was, and confirmed the system kick back without the dashes in the number. I decided I need the "ONE" person who can over ride the system in order to acheive this......So I went in again last week, at this particular branch, to ask for the "comptroller" name and number (the person to override). There was too much ado, and every worker in the bank made a fuss and eyes...too many separate offices that even the counter workers don't know who to call!...I'm working on it and will advise the SJ panels.
Would any like mind have input to who this "person" is or might be? My sister recommended going to the "comptroller". Another point we researched, is to open our own bank, or have a friend in the (similar) position to do it for you. THEY "KNOW" WHAT IT IS and WHAT IT DOES! They do exist!

I understand that someone in Texas had his account and used the card to shop.....some of you may know of who I am speaking about.

The end result is that the fraud is perpetual in the US, so when I take the credits and put them into an offshore account, then will I utilize the funds to establish the neccesitities for future endeavors. In the overview, this is how I've deduced the "process". FYI, I have e-gold, Int-gold, etc. They are investing tools. When the time comes.....it really won't matter, now, will it?

I'll gladly listen to any other bright ideas.

Leiahi,

I'm wondering if you'd have better luck instating such an account if you dealt with the "private banking" side of the institution--assuming it has one. The large banks have private banking divisions though they don't advertise it much. I figure Bank of America (all over the place) or Chase Manhattan should have numerous foreign affiliate banks.

When you speak of opening your own bank, do you mean a common law bank?

Also, are you still tied into Social [in]Security, i.e., have not filed the revocation form?

I ask because Winston Shrout suggested people's BoE's and access to their exemption have probably failed because they've waived it upon having the SS-5 filed. OTOH, corporate and other system operatives manage to use our exemption all the time behind our backs, so there must be some way of accessing it.

What else did the banker lady say was required to instate such an account?
Does one need to fill out any tax forms? Who would be the account's trustee?

I've been looking for such info myself for a while but few who know are talking.

Is anyone else willing to talk.....?

I'm still puttuing these puzzle peices together myself. I've not used the SS for over two years....til December (fool!). Now that I've used it again, I really need to do the "revoke signature" doc. I decided to use it for the sake of my strawman's protection and signed up for pre-paid legal services. It will utilize the system to protect me from the system. The strawman used/uses it, and it can, without recourse to me, the flesh.

(a dangerous word here) I believe...the access point of the exemption account is "through" a bank, in order to get to the discount window. Their policies don't allow us "common" folk the luxury of access now that they've monopolized the system (by computer)... in that token, we wouldl need to go through the private banking side as you say. Who or where and how to go about this?? (most banks are trusts, discharging against them prove fatal, like the BoE's) To that end we would need to open our own bank so we can access it ourselves. I didn't actually ponder "my" own bank, nor a common law one. I don't care to play that game, but I like the idea and I do entertain the info to access it. That is the focus of my research on this topic.

The bank lady didn't mention any tax forms, I can't imagine needeing it for use of the exemption.....but I could be wrong. Also, no mention of it being a trust or needing a trustee. I will be paying them a visit sometime this week. I will advise of the outcome here.

Thanks for the input logos. What else you got? Do tell.

I suspect you're right re banks being the exemption access point because I think the exemption is a real account instead of merely being an ID#.

Bank of America, for example, offers "The Private Bank" on their home page, though it's made to appear to only be for wealthy clients.

As for banks being trusts: it reminds me of what Jean Keating claims. According to his research, banks are merely pooling and servicing organizations acting as fronts for trust companies. This may be true for many of them (esp. the newer ones), though we've seen older bank buildings that read "So-and-so Bank & Trust Company". I suppose having both entities as one would be advantageous in one's dealings with it. Furthermore, he claims the only entitity that can effect settlement and closure is the DTC, as they are the registered holders/owners of all securities. In a sense, the trust companies, brokerages, etc., are DTC fronts.

Talking Is anyone else willing to talk.....?

In reguards to what Leiahi was saying:

That is the question now: Why isn't anyone else willing to talk.....? It can't be assumed that everyone will end up using this information to do rotten things. I mean the ones who are surpressing this information, or just leaking out a little bit of it, are no better than the govenment holding back information. They give the excuse that this information will be too disturbing for the public to handle. I mean why do these people think they can make that decision for everyone else? I am a firm believer that each individual has a responsibility with the knowledge one obtains. I mean come on now; the main quote on this SuiJuris website is "Know Thyself, Be Thy Master" That isn't easy when people with knowledge, (who has the same responsibility and obligational duty I was just talking about), will only share what they feel we should know, or simply surpress what they know. As oppose of spilling the beans and just letting out everything that they know. Now, what a person does after that is their own business. Just think how far we can get with helping other free themselves from the "Matrix" if we tell the whole truth and do not hold anything back. Once again, this is the opinion of Katsumoto.........
