I don't know pdf files. When I click on the 'disk' icon on the left, it only saves the 1 page I'm looking at. How do I save the whole 100+ page file?

Can you rip that site and put it in a text format? Maybe I can add it to the soon to be released search indexer...

I'm not sure how to rip it other than taking those scanned pages & putting it in the OCS software and then importing it in Word. I'll have to bug a friend of mine to see if he'll let me invade his house for a week!

It is up to you, I have not looked at the files but if you think it would be worthwile to put them into a searchable format, that would be great...

Also, if you do - I would prefer them in text format so the search software I use can perform keyword highlighting on search results. Just something to keep in mind.

This software http://www.solidpdf.com/ converts pdf to rtf or word, tables and stuff like that may not be pretty but perhaps can do a job well enough. |

If I wasn't a mac user, I'd do it. the software is offered for 15 days FREE trial.
Could someone step up and, as a sovereign duty, please download the pdf's above & then rip 'em to word within the trial period?

Thats not going to do the job - you need a program with OCR. Those PDF files are scans, not text based, so a program like Omnipage Pro will do the trick.
If nobody has a copy laying around I will dig around a bit and see what I can come up with.
