FBI GETTING SERIOUS

THIS IS A POST I SAW ON ANOTHER WEBSITE. THE FBI IS BEING PRESSURED BY THE FEDERAL RESERVE AND THE BANKS TO GET PEOPLE TO SAY THEY HAVE BEEN VICTIMIZED BY MORTGAGE ELIMINATION COMPANIES.

I just received a letter form the FBI.

"Due to your dealings with Peoples Advantage, Mortgage Alternatives, Barclay Barrington Trust, or any individual representing a company attempting to eliminating your mortgage or credit card debt, your name was referred to the FBI's Victim Assistance Program as being a victim or potencial witness of a federal crime. The impact of a crime can have many repurcussions during the weeks and months following a crime. Our VAP is part of the FBI's effort to ensure that victims and witnesses are treated with respect and that victims are provide information about their rights under federal law. These rights include notification of the status of the investigation."

They mention the OCC alert, the Federal Reserve, and the BBB from Eastern Washington...

They want me to fill out a Victim Questionaire</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

That is desparate!

This kinda stuff happens when processes that are not supported by law are put to use.& But, if any of the docs used in the process where "verification" and the BoE was tendered "conditionally" -- the gov. doesn't have a leg to stand on... unless of course the BoE claims to be drawn against a "closed account".


Note: If the verification was not provided... then NO ONE HAD THE RIGHT TO ATTEMPT TO USE THE "NOTE"... AND DID SO UNLAWFULLY.


So, does anyone think that the entire mess can be turned around on those attempting to file charges against one that has used this certain process?

You are referring to presenting a CONDITIONAL Note, based on the receiver providing requested information?
Are we not finding that a tender of a NI cannot be conditional?

The implication here is.....roll over and tell us what you know and provide docs or life could get very INTERESTING for you!

It is my belief, that rather the FBI is simply trying to drum up business.

I know several who were gyped out of thousands on mtg elimination crap. None ever filed anything that I know of.

But I believe those PAYtriots need to get busted. As they create false hope and ask money up front for delivering NOTHING.

That institution is the very same one who had made me wait for a couple of years, in silence and quietly, not to "disturb" their investigation. Then, they turned around and told me there is no case on my well documented case, and even asked me not to call them again.

Those groups may be bad, but...is this institution better than them?

Well, FBI, if you are goint to protect me...do it. How bad I don't pay attention to your tune, not anymore, and NEVER AGAIN. So bad I am not afraid of you and even enjoy the fact that you know where I am and who I am.

A letter like that would make me jump out of excitement. After all this miserable wait, ...What's wrong with having some little fun?

An angry woman knows no fear...indeed! Where did I read something like that? Whoever wrote that is a very wise human being. It's absolutely true.
