Land Patent Process in "state land " states

Howdy All,


& I've found much information on updating Land Patents in BLM states (public land states). I'm having a very hard time finding information on the process concerning "state land" states.


& If anyone out there has information on bringing up to date a Land Patent in Texas (or any other state land state), would you pass along what you know ?


& Any reply pro or con , re. the process , would be appreciated.
