Post Question About "Private" Money.

Hi, all. Been a while sence I posted, but i'm back with yet, a new theory of law. First, if you've al looked at a dollar bill it state's, "This is legal tender for all Public and Private debt's".

If so, couldn't I place a dollar on a docket (criminal or civil) with: DEPOSITED FOR CREDIT ON ACCOUNT OR EXCHANGED FOR NON-NEGOTIABLE FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES OF FACE VALUE on the dollar then, have the secretary stamp it for the day and year recorded? And if this can be done could I also place a contract and a check stating to the effect, ".... this contract and check are privatly issued and represent's the "EQUAL VALUE" of the dollar that is beinging held by this court so, this contract is beinging bonded by the court and it is the value of this instrument that the court may hold (and is beinging held) for the preformance, lose's, and/or gains this court may be lend to have on it's books and the contract and check is beinging monitized by with the full consent and permission of the court, herein..."?

What do you guy's think? Anyone every try this before? Please hit me at in_law_for_you@yahoo.com with comments and what you may be able to add to such a redemption.

Look At What I Wrote.

You don't get what I wrote? "Promissory Note" accross the "dollar", the contract with the "note" as the EQUAL AMOUNT as the promissory note, and the exchange for the contracts. I wanted to know if a judge would sniff out the "what was in the contract" (IF over looked) and if that, would he honor it.

Regards.

Cool "PROMISSORY NOTE" contract and what you guy's think.

I placed "PROMISSORY NOTE" across a dollar with a contract stating to the effect,

".... this contract is in agreement with the party [US Goverment] and is governed by the guideline's of the law. this contract is worth 40K in the provison's of a lawful demand of payment. forthermore, this contract and private dollar is under the coures of law and will be settled by the party that issued such a demand...."

Does anyone believe that, the goverment will settle for a private settlement of a 1.00$ under the UCC 1-3 of law? You know, they can create money out of, right?

Any comments would be truly helpful.

Regards.
