Fraudulent Transfers

After doing some reading, it seems that there really is no way to protect a persons assets from a creditor.

This new ten years prior rule about the assets being transfered or a lein put on an asset.

really puts a damper on it.

I think I better get my ten speed bike out, and fill up the tires soon.

Sure, there is a lot of way you can protect your assets. You just have to know which one is the bullet proof. Do your own research.
