IBC Trust /Corporation

Can an IBC a "foreign enity" own real estate in america.

IF so, how?? Most the time if you try to use a corporation to buy your properties. This takes it out of your "statutory name" and puts it in the "corporate statuary name" giving you some level of protection.
However as everyone knows even if you buy houses in a corporate name , corporate names still require a TIN instead of a SSN... So if you had a disgruntled person, they couldnt sue you, but they could still sue your corporation and take your property..... It is often stated that Offshore companies are completely private and your name is not listed in any databases onshore. Would they just sue your IBC instead of and onshore "copration" and still take your assests. I wouldnt even know where to begin putting real estate in an IBC.. The corporation process is pretty straitfoward, but What identifiers do mortagage companies use for IBCS being that the IBC is tax exempt, since it is offshore..

Sure. If memory serves, I think a large chunk of Hawaii is owned by various Japanese entities.

A corporation does not give an individual immunity from suit.

That's only true in a handful of countries.

The IBC may or may not be tax exempt. This is an area where sound, legitimate professional advice is an absolute requirement before you wander off into an ugly tax evasion scheme.

....mystic one...

....someone speaks my language! Lot's of reviews, no replies. We can go far!

Here is a link that I'll share. It is also the same place that many foreign "entities" do business.

https://www.loyalbank.com/eng/

We've been looking into this company for a year now. The apps are prepared and closing up a few more details as we speak. Can't really share what it is we're looking to do right now, just trying to find a door. I can update and share later.
We're also looking into Nevis. One of my mentors "went" to Nevis, just to see for herself. Mind you she is 70 years old, packs a solid punch still, and has found many an interesting "fact". We ARE in Hawaii. We ARE offshore! Only under technicalities, we are a state of the union. Those in the know, also know how it works and invest here. There is really not much left for the people to own....

e-gold does business out of Nevis, as does many e-commerce companies.
This may not be much help, but we're on the same page at least!

As far as immunity goes.....assets held by the IBC or trust cant be touched by potential litigation....cuz YOU dont own them. Bean's statement seems vague to me! Thats why the wealthy use these things.....keeps the stuff safe. YOU arent granted immunity, the assets are just moved out of harms way by using trusts and IBC'

I'm with you Livefire. We are making them work, like the big boys. They have no choice but to move over and make some room for us. Unlike them however, we don't have all that "stuff" to protect. It's just material wealth, not true wealth.

Idknow, if you'll kindly tell me what your bone is, I mean, real question is, I will gladly reply. What's it to you?

Since you have no obvious or serious intent in the questions raised here, other than to level them, I don't see why you have a reason to post or ask. As, again obviously, you live at this board, getting a real life out side of this box might help the hypocritical questions you pose. They have no divine inspiration nor significance. All things are established in divine order, and that includes your nuisance

So, for all to see, plainly, with their own eyes, if you will kindly not respond to me unless you have a valid question or response with a substantial reasoning, you will please abstain from making remarks that show your hypocrisy to ask in the first place. ....and you had to ask "what are all those stars by my name"?? Idknow, YOU won them! by making wonderful idiotic replies and responses such as the one you're making here. Count me out of your saving souls and get off this thread if you have nothing of import to bring to the table.

Fact, not judgment. Fact, not assumption. Fact, not expectation. No Potential loss, and that's a fact.
And your fact: Expanding significance of idleness. gimme you said? ....go get your own~
