Hi everyone,

I wonder if someone could give me some advice on how to stop my Ex and her rich family from stealing all that I own?

My home is not worth much at the moment, but I have worked very hard for it. About 4 years ago, I got sick and haven't worked since.
Well, while attending a pain clinic in our capital city, my ex conspired with her family to do the dirty on me. They went to the police and got a restraining order out on me.
So far, I haven't seen my children for 6 months.

What I think might happen, is at the mediation conference for property settlement that is coming up in July this year, my suspicion is that she will agree to the sale of the property and the we split the proceeds.

I think the buyer will be one of the rich family members or someone acting on their behalf. Then they will just keep the property for the ex to take control of at a later date, which by then will make her a killing.

This property is going to be worth a packet in a few years time.

How can I protect my interest in this property?

Also, how can I register a Security Interest over my Birth Certificate?
As well as the Birth Certificates of my children?

Is this possible in Australia?

I would think it should be, because the same people who own all of you in the US own us in Australia. We are under the same Maritime/Admiraltly Law, so hopefully it should be the same.

I am on a desperate mission of trying to learn as much as I can on the above mentioned issues, plus Honour/DisHonour in the Court System of today.

It is imperative that I learn how to use a Negative Averment effectively, but more importantly, know what it all means. So that if I ever use any of this in court, after I get attacked by the Judge, I will understand enough to know what to do and how to counter his attempts to get me into contract with him.

This is a genuine case of an Aussie in trouble.

So, please can anyone point this ignorant, ex food inspector now learning how to avoid [COLOR="Wheat"]"The Strawman", [/color]in the right direction, so that I can save something of what I have worked for, thus try to give my children a better life than what is install for them.

Finally, if you are wondering why the Ex and her family have it in for me, well, it is on religious grounds.

I am a Christian and they aren't!

I stumbled across this site a few weeks ago, but haven't had the time to come in and join in. I have been busy fighting restraining order and attending mediation conference to be able to see my children.

As I said in my post where I asked a heap of questions, I am fairly wet behind the ears on the subject of law.
After reading more on the different topics here, I think that I have now learnt that there are better places to ask some of those questions instead all in one post.

Can I ask the forum one question here though?

What do you think of the group behind the website: Angel With the Ink Well?
And the lady who goes around the world doing their seminars, I can't remember her name?

She was in Australia last year and I missed out on attending on of her sessions.

I am interested to know what you all think of their teachings.

Sorry, lawman57. I don't have any tangible information's about this minstry to share with you. I don't know much about them, and their website didn't give any adequate information's about what they are preaching.
Maybe somebody can chime in who familiar with their ministry.
