I just want to register my trade name to prohibit the copyright my name.

Charles, I will let you know asap if the Tradename Application I file in the state of Washington worked...because i had similar questions regarding the "what type of goods and services do you ...."
section.....I left it blank...as it said in small print that ommiting such info would only "delay" the process
