Mika, I'm familiar with the concept from scripture that you're trying to expand on

but I think i have a problem with the foundation of your proposal;

that is that Mordecai and Esther were given the authority to write law
which the King would have had to sign into acceptance.

But the problem is that your point-options that you included were all based on fraud.

No where in those point IMO would the new law be needed to commit fraud.

Am I missing something else?

Answer: Esther and Mordecai did not need the king, per se, to sign the law because the king had already given the ring/seal to Mordecai. see FN1.

Answer: And fraud is not good, just, and righteous is it? Neither was Haman (with poa) on behalf of the king telling all the people that their adversaries can kill said people on some certain day.

Feel free to challenge yourself to exercise your imagination to come up with moral reasons to acquire and execise a poa
