It is saddening that we 'need' to quote this law or that law etc. to convince ourselves that we are not subject to a tax.
Anybody in their right mind should know that their labor should not be taxed by force.
And for what reason other than to control the people?

We had better find another way to resolve this nonsense because when martial law is fully implemented, the powers that be will claim neccessity of law and everything we have been 'quoting' will be allegedly deemed inapplicable.

Good point. I think it might be more convincing and easier to explain to consider the unlawfulness of taxing the same thing twice. That is why it is the event of endorsing private credit that is taxed - not the income.

If you taxed the income in giving out the paycheck it is double-taxation to tax things one buys with the paycheck. Simple as that.

That seems a lot more edifying than to attack taxation by force. That has been going on a long, long time.

David Merrill.

makes sense.
anybody that's ever run a 'business' knows you deduct expenses needed to run the business from 'gross receipts'
take a look at cafrman.com when you get a chance.
