Smile Power of Attorney - how to?

"Attorn" - To turn over, to transfer money to another.

Can we do a step by step thing here?....I'm wanting to find out more about gaining power of Attorney.

I've done my notary letters, they are in default, no reply, dishonour, etc and now I'd like to collect on a company that owes me big time.

Question 1: They are in another country, how can I get juristiction without hiring lawyers?

Question 2: How do I properly do a default judgement (I need to know the process please if anyone can be of assistance)

Question 3: How to collect/enforce the private judgement.

Any help greatly appreciated, and it would be a great example process for others to follow.

Bulletproof

In members forum, a "common law default" course is posted. That process/method is taken straight from a u.s. federal practice and procedure book. The actual wording to cause consistent default of the other party is the work of the late Clyde Hyde.

Mastery of the Universal Legal Technology (in sui juris downloads, I believe under "education and reading") gives a recipe for international court affairs.

I believe after taking your cause into the court and getting that court's judgment, then you sell your interest in the judgment (at some discount) and let the buyer (holder in due course) do the collection;

Or pull the donkey-debtor into involuntary bankruptcy and liquidate assets (you get the proceeds of sale, the buyer gets the items sold). See "Debt Collect[ion] Miracles" in sui juris downloads under "Debt collectors".

For collection and enforcement, you can outsource or assign (sell, convey, transfer) your rights of collection and enforcement. I believe the goal should be to get a process down and make "everyone" [Yourself and the judgment buyer] happy.

"Clyde Hyde default course" Yes, precisely.

Bulletproof

I believe you need not actually attack the the owner-ship of any property of (as you can create new duties for) the adversary;

For it is possible to have the adversary yeild unto you or "your favorite agent" or your Bulletproof Collections Trust a drafting rights against an irrevocable Letter of Credit created by Bulletproof Collections Trust against adversary for the benefit of _ and/or assigns,
- in the sum certain amount (),
- wherein the adversary (as drawee) agrees, without reservation of rights/privileges and with prejudice against adversary, to honor all drafts, which are drawn against the name of the adversary by "your favorite agent" and/or assigns as agent for the Bulletproof Collections Trust, as Creditor of adversary, and not personally, and which drafts are duly presented to adversary;

And that the obligation of adversary in said Letter of Credit is not dischargeable in bankruptcy, but can be cancelled by payment in full as determined in the exclusive opinion of the Bulletproof Collections Trust;

And that "your favorite agent" as agent for Bulletproof Collections Trust, authorizes all drafts, pursuant hereunder, without recourse against "your favorite agent" and/or assigns or against Bulletproof collection Trust or its Trustees or Beneficiaries.

Ensure you define the "adversary" mean ADVERSARY and its successors, assigns, executors, administrators, etc." so they spin the hamster wheel when they change names, locations, phone numbers and such.
