Debt Collectors On My Tail: Help Need Pesticide

I would appreciate any help on this matter in a great way. I have received a notice of summons for a local property rates notice here in australia with another $250 in court costs totalling $1450

This is incredibly frustrating because we have no valid legal constitution in Australia, plus there is no law that allows a third level or local level of government. I read about the illegality of the rates and counted at least 8 examples of this being illegal !

I have another debt for a phone company for $1800, with a $30 a f/night payment plan wherein I have missed a few payments. I asked for them to send me the contract I agreed to go into with them, and they couldnt do send me anything, but are using a lawyer to threaten me if i dont pay up

I am in between work at the moment because I work in construction/trades. The thing is the strawman name they printed on these notices are in my english version of my name, not my true european spelling, as I often use the english version of my name and have some ID in that name. I think this may have some significance?

Even if anyone could point me to the right posts in getting up to scratch I would be very grateful. Even if I could stall it until I get up to speed

P.S I have ignored the notices so that is why they are threatening to take me to court and take legal action

welcome to the Forum!

I'd suggest that you begin looking for the equivalent of "federal statutory construction" (in the US it's section one of title one) and that defines certain words; "person", "oath", and several others. I wrote about this section of US Federal law recently here on the Forum.

You'll also want to find Australian supreme court opinions that say:

1. a person is NOT a private citizen or sovereign;

If you can show that you are related to the original Botany Bay immigrants who were cast off from Britain, this might be a GoodThing(TM);

2. find law or court opinion which states that a legal PERSON, a term defined by a section of some act of legislature, excludes whomever is not mentioned.

Simple answer: ask for clarification. Do not assume you know what bloodsuckers are asking you. See videos forum and "Bursting Bubbles of government deception" as that video provides a nice blueprint.
