3rd party witness?

a question i always wanted to know. is it NECESSARY to have a notary as a third party witness in our processes? i keep hearing that having a notary giving you a certificate of default, judgment, etc.has a lot of weight, but on the flip side of the coin, the government and banks win defaults against us all the time without third party witnesses.

3rd party witness?

kgod,

I find it necessary since it is a public official. They use notaries so why not you?

They get consideration of their papers when notarized--why not you?

Notaries are my gold mine to exacting force of laws that support my contention. It gets the attention of the esquires and my wording backed by a notary gets a lot of places that deal in fraud to leave me alone. Remember the snake on the seal--"don't tread on me"
