jon,

If interested in finding out what the different pieces are I can supply the info for you. I am not saying that you should use the BoE, just that I have all the pieces.

HB,

There is nothing wrong with using a BoE. One must know how to use it properly to stay out of trouble. Lots of people in the patriot community are putting up the OCC ALERT that has been put out stating that the BoE is a fraud and people are going to jail. The OCC ALERT is talking about a BoE that is issued in the public and not a foreign BoE. You can't make a blanket statement about all BoEs being no good. This is what the MC is doing in our foreclosure case and it ain't going to work. Where I live, Florida, Fla Sta. 199.023 says: (2) "Money" includes, without limitation, United States legal tender, certificates of deposit, cashier's and certified checks, bills of exchange, drafts, the cash equivalent of annuities and life insurance policies, and similar instruments, which are held by a taxpayer, or deposited with or held by a banking organization or any other person.

Squirrels,

MC Discharge is Mortgage discharge. I should have been more clear. My bad.

jon,

I have used different types of BoEs. I started out with Barton Buhtz format and now have gone with another one. I will try to send both to you. I believe that a UCC-1 should be filed with you as the SP before using them, but that is just my belief. Others may say different and that is fine. Send me a private email so I know where to send. It may take me till after Friday to send as I am trying to make sure all my ducks are in a row. I will be MIA starting very soon till after the hearing.

You know in regards to reading this thread I was wondering if you deposited your CPN in say a non-interest bearing account in a bank, only to use as a form of credit (ceritified and cashiers check's).

Any thoughts?

Drob, that's what the banks do - the CPN's that we send them is applied toward their overall assets.

iamfreeru2,

I would like to see what you are doing with your BOE discharge instruments. I've used one or two and the credit card company I sent it to has sent derogatory information to the credit reporting agencies. I am in the process of disputing all three CRA's they seem to just ignore our certified letters and send bogus replies. I am in Northern Florida perhaps we could visit face to face some day. Thanks,
