SPECIAL INVESTIGATORS
HAS ANYBODY EVER RECEIVED COMMUNICATION FROM A SO CALLED SPECIAL INVESTIGATOR?

IS THIS A FANCY NAME FOR "DEBT COLLECTOR"?

I BELIEVE THEY ACT AS THIRD PARTY ENTITIES BUT I DON'T KNOW IF THEY ACT AS COLLECTION AGENCIES.



I WAS TOLD SOME OF THESE PEOPLE GO AFTER HOT CHECKS, AUTO LOAN ACCOUNTS, ETC.
