Got my Experian CR. Now what?

Please point me to the right direction. How should I dispute some of the items? Also it states that I have lived in TX which is not true! How can I have some of the items removed?

I WOULD SUGGEST YOU ASK FOR VALIDATION ON EACH OF THE ACCOUNTS YOU WANT TO DISPUTE.

ALSO, JUST ASK TO GET ALL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION CORRECTED.

SEE THE DOWNLOADS SECTION HERE AND LOOK AT THE VOD FILES. LOOK AT SOME OF THE OLDER POSTS AND STUDY THEM AS MUCH AS YOU CAN.

Request the CRA for verification and accuracy of alleged debt on your record. You have to cited some code. check the forum thread for templates.

Also, Is it true there is a new law stating that if one of the rca removes on item the other two have to also remove it without you even asking?

Boy, we keep coming back to that, don't we? If one does, don't they all? Check previous threads for this answer.



Also, experian has been the worst for me to deal with. Slow. highly inaccurate. I made a list of all the accounts and then told them -- what validation do you have and what process did you use to receive it for these accounts? I do not recognize many of them. Please provide the info requested.. three months and two more letters and they still have it wrong, AND have ADDED more incorrect things! wow.

Now there is no need to "request" that they do their job. Tell them to do what you want them to do--don't request ****. You are the king. they have rules that they must follow. Other than that---you did really well with the letter. I am impressed.

ANYWAY -- something to that affect -- they are alleged accounts until they have have validated them.. The are unresponsive to your request -- they need to provide the information they use to continue reporting --

Was I slippin?



The letter was solid that PJ wrote (with a few adjustments). If you're not precise by annotating the alleged accounts--they will play dumb and that will start the run around phase.



Don't assume they know because you know. Assume that the accounts will be deleted because you know that they don't know--what you know.



I know that sounds jacked up but read it twice and you'll see what I mean.
