Thanks for the link! We will see if any real justice is adminstered. These clowns seem to be able to do all sorts of stuff and even when 'tagged' their punishment is marginal. Look at Katz the debt attorney in Oak Park, MI who had been obtaining summary jusgements against "debtors"(without most of them even knowing about it) for 17 years. He received a fine(he will most likely never pay) and "house arrest" for a short period of time, and was not supposed to run his "law firm" for like a year or so. He was facing 25 years. Or debt attorney extrodinare Steven A Harms author of Handling the Collection Case in Michigan, getting tagged by a countersuit for Sum Certain Amounts in West Mich District Court? They will drag this out for years I bet and end up paying nothing as they grease the judges and other bar members to obtain a pass so they can continue their thefts. This will probably lead to even greater protective laws for the debt attorneys, enabling them to screw people even more effectively. Instead of having the reverse effect of further protecting the "debtors" from these attacks. This case has caused a major buzz amongest the bar members! You can be assured they are working feverishly right now to insure this sort of stuff won't happen to them again.
