Bank America Filing Bankruptcy?
I read on another site someone said they had heard that Bank America was filing bankruptcy. Has anyone heard anything about this. This person didn't give any data supporting this. Has anyone here heard anything about this?

Bank America Filing Bankruptcy?
I heard about it but no other info. I also have a uncle and his sister in law is vp of bank of america i met her one i asked her a few questions about UCC and CPNs and she did not know I'm going to try to contact her and see if she can get some other inside scoop that may help us in our dealings.
