NbWC w/o CTC3?

I would like to send the NbWC because my CC keeps calling my cell phone a few times a day. However i do not want to file this blindly.



I do not own CTC3 and have been looking for it all over the web, all i find is ASIN invalid. And the local library does not have it.



Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Im not looking to file a VoD letter just yet, just a Notice by Written Communication. I thought CTC3 would explain the letter so im not blindly filing it without fully understanding the point to the copyright of my name.



BTW why does the NbWC form letter have a space for an EID? I have an EID for my company, but not my person. Isnt a SSN sufficient? if someone could point me to an explanation, i would be greatly appreciative.

You don't have to copyright your name to request verification of an alleged debt. Going through all that is kind of expensive when it really isn't necessary.



Which do you think will get them to stop hounding you: 1 ) Your threat of fees for unauthorized use of the tradename; or 2 ) The fines and penalties that may be applicable to them for VIOLATION OF LAW ??



Dig a bit further into the VoD paperwork and read some of the threads found on this site and you will have a better understanding of where I am coming from.
