Future medical bill problem Boe question

The short version ...

My wife and I where victims of insurance fraud this year.
We are expecting our fourth child .
Anyway the insurance was for her pregnancy , we got everything in writing , but since the sales rep misrepresented the insurance to make her monthly quota .
The insurance will not cover anything . Insurance company fired the rep . So now I have to figure out how to pay for the medical bills.

Now thats out of the way .

Would a BOE work to pay all of the medical bills ?

Is there anyone here willing to give me a crash course on these things ?

If they will not work ..What other options do I have ?

I am already spread thin working 2 jobs both of which have really crappy insurance and her condition is considered preexisting .

I would suggest you write up an unlimited bond to the senior official in the health department of your state, not a BOE.

If the insurance agent was an employee (not an independant agent) you have a good chance of getting the company to pay.

Contact your state's Insurance Commissioner's office.

Even if she was an agent, you might have a shot.

Also, contact the local newspaper or radio / tv station that does consumer fraud reporting.

The insurance company might pay off just to avoid a ton of negative publicity.

Reading between the lines, there is little chance of proving Mom's condition was not pre-existing. But a very good chance to prove that 1933 was pre-existing to Mom's condition...

I have heard stories of so-called 'insurance' companies that are really just rip-off's. They have so many 'rules' that when you file a claim they deny it for whatever reason they can come up with. There now seems to be some interest in uncovering this scam(its a scam on top of a scam) at the federqal level. Although I can't remeber which congressman or senator that was discussing this recently.
These insurance shysters will prey on the self employed, people on fixed incomes, or working at a place that does not offer insurance(an example would be those small signs you see put up at freeway off ramps or traffic intersections, to call some phone number for 'affordable health insurance'). I wish you well in your fight! If it even looks like its going to court clear out your bank account, before some slimy debt attorney does.
