Try "refusal for cause" leaving the quotation marks in place.

This is often abbreviated as R4C, so a search for r4c will also get some hits.

Traditionally when you go into a contract, except in cases where you seek out the sale, you have time to think it over. As it stands, three days is considered a reasonable amount of time.

Refusal for Cause is a formal way to say No, Thank you.
