Any ideas how to reassign a debt?
I have a situation where I have a debt in my mothers name, is there any way to reassign the debt, and account to my name? I wish to discharge this debt, but with my limtted understanding of things, I'm not too confident doing the power of attorney, being as though I am yet to attorn for myself. Any suggestions SJ?
