Banker admits mortgage fraud ?
i went to local bank to handle some business and decided to stroll over to one of the branch managers and asked her a few questions about ttl accounts and some other goodies. like i figured, she knew what the account was, but didnt overstand what i wanted to use the account for. anyway, she kept pushing the issue and i repeated told her she wouldnt understand and it would take too much time. finally i gave in and explained veeery briefly about acceptance for value. her eyes got big and she cut me off, she knew exactly what i was saying!!! she then tried to scare me and brought up septemeber 911 and explained how the banks are not doing anything out of their norm anymore. i said, well, u wasnt doing anything outside your norm BEFORE 911 either. anyway, since she wanted to get cute, i said, look, let me ask u a question about your lending practices. i said, if i got a mortgage from this bank, where does the money come from? she tried to sidestep and said "from when u pay us back for the loan." of course i said, no, where does the money come from to fund the loan? does it come from the banks assets or other customers deposit? she said " I DONT WANNA TALK ABOUT THAT." i said, can u show me the bookkeeping entries of a loan? she said, "no, but someelse at the bank probably could"".(higher up the chain). huh???? a branch manager cannot get a hold of bookkeeping entries? of a major u.s. bank? well, i could see she was flustered, and that i was on dangerous ground with the subject matter, so after putting her back into check with getting cute about trying to make the banks look good and me look crazy, i had my smile and just left. (a side note, when she said the money comes from when we pay back the "loan", she was telling the truth)

treasury tax and loan account. its a account in which businesses use to make payments to the irs. every fdic bank has that account. its a vehicle to use to exchange your exemption with the bank, in return , the bank discharges a debt for you.

Has anyone done any research on the bank signature cards that the banks have on file. I think I'm going to visit mine real soon. I have read that it is one adhesion contract that the IRS can use against you. This makes us subject to ?26. Any insight would be great.

ok, from the conversation with the bank, i learned a LOT. they kept repeatedly saying that the ttl account is for business use. i got brain lock and forgot that the strawman is a corporation. so, now, i guess ill register my strawman as a business into the public record, then, when they question me, yes, its for my business exemption, now, ill exchange this exemption for you, the bank helping me discharge this presentment ive got here in my hands. folks, this is simple. now, from what ive heard before, a couple of folks have done this by just presenting the paperwork to the clerk and the clerk handled it. this can be done, but u got to be nonchalant about it. the smooth part about is, if you already got a checking account at that bank, that technically is already a business account for your strawman, so they cannot come back and say that your business has to have a account there when it already does. thats why i question bureaucrats the way i do, because they give remedy if u can get them to respond, they tell u what to do by telling u what not to do.

Banker admits mortgage fraud ?
This kinda sounds like a recent experiment I am doing by turning my Utility Bills into a negotiable instrument and returning them to have the accounting adjusted accordingly.
Is this kinda hinting at a way to be able to force the Bank to accept your BOE's?

nope, this doesnt involve boes at all, u present to the bank the document that u accepted for value and they send that to the irs. and post the funds in the ttl account. the bank gets the writeoff and in return, they cut a check to the person you are discharging.
