Looking for a document

I was told this was a Notice and Memorandum of Law on Points and Authorities in Support of the International Bill of Exchange.

I am pretty certain on the title but there may be a small word off here or there. I am unsure of the author and I have some verbiage from the document that I can paste if that would be helpful. I have been through several search engines and it does not appear that this is a public document. I do not believe that it is a recently written or published document, but I have no proof of that.

If anyone has any ideas on a source or more information, I would appreciate it.

Thom

What are you trying to do?

I may have the document you need.. but what are you trying to use it for?

Memorandum of Law

In Support of Motion to Convert Direct Appeal?

MOTION TO DISMISS / PLAINTIFFS’ MORE DEFINITE STATEMENT?

They are all somewhat unique to the situation. PM me if you don't feel confortable posting to group.

I dont think that is it, as it doesnt have anything to do with a motion or an appeal. It is more along the lines of an article or a treatise on the subject of IBOEs.

I was told the document was called Notice and Memorandum of Law on Points and Authorities in Support of the International Bill of Exchange.

The text i posted above is believed to be from that document. Currently, I only have this information in a second hand audio recording and I am trying to get more info. I am pretty sure on the title unless it was read incorrectly on the recording.

I may have some additional info next week.

thanks

Thom

Bonds?

I think I see where you are coming from...

UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON INTERNATIONAL TRADE LAW. Spelled: U-N-I-C-I-T-R-A-L. UNIT CONVENTION ON INTERNATIONAL BILL OF EXCHANGE. UNITIRAL CONVENTION ON TRADE LAW. Your Trade Law is your International Bill of Exchange and International Promissory Notes.

You use the International Bill of Exchange with the 3 Bonds. The Bid Bond, the Performance Bond and the Payment Bond. The International Bill of Exchange is the guarantee of the Bonds. That’s the guarantee…that’s the Surety Contract and they have to accept it. It’s International Law. Their operating under the law. Their doing all of this stuff behind your backs, their doing it in the banks…what do you think the banks are running on? They don’t have any money. Everyone is Bankrupt. There isn’t a bank on this planet that hasn’t got any money. Their stealing your exemption number 1, because you’re not using and the exemption is intellectual property under international law. All commercial property or items come under intellectual property under international law. Their stealing your identity…the people on this planet are like a bunch of moon struck cows. Everyone is so disoriented they need a Geiger counter to find their do do.

If you are going to dabble in bonds and such.. you need to know your stuff backwards and forwards or you will end up in prison. If you do it right.. they can't touch you. Good luck.. I'll help with anything I can. I'm .. uhhhh.. well versed in these matters from years of training.

guys, i appreciate the effort, I really do, but this document has nothing to do with the UN or motions or dismissals or anything else posted above.

I posted the title of the document that I am looking for and that is the title in its entirety! (to the best of my knowledge.) I have exhausted traditional search options looking for this BEFORE i posted here, so dont expect to find this on google or by asking jeeves, aint gonna happen.

I am not dabbling in bonds, selling securities or anything of the sort. I know about the bankruptcy and the whole nine yards.

I just want to find that document, so if you have it, know where I can get it or know anything about that document, please post here or pm me!

thanks

Thom

sfergnel,

the second document to which you refer has already been posted or is otherwise public domain, as I have seen it before. The first is new to me, but unfortunately not what I need. Thanks for trying though.

I am just now beginning to research these bonds and really dont know much about them at all.

thanks
