Private Agreements

So I speculate openly.

With reading some of JK material (thread on this forum) accounts are private. If we bind men and women in their private capacity to perform, would we not bind the account in private agreement?

Legally speaking the account COULD be a separate legal entity.

As in, A term or condition of non-performance (i.e. performance by default) by the individual could be linked to a prescribed action regarding the account.
