Notice of Default

Perhaps this is the wrong terminology.
I've sent 2 letters requesting validation of 3 alleged debts to the corresponding collectors. None have replied as of this date. I have read on different threads that I should now send a "notice of default" to said collectors. Can someone point me in the correct direction if this is where I should be going and/or if this is the correct next step in the process.

Thanks.

The first step is to secure your assets. Once you've done that I'd be more than happy to guide you to step two.

Be careful. Research something called the Fraudulent Transfers Act... most States have enacted it. If the paper trail can be followed, and assets have been moved or transferred into another name, or a fictitious name after a legal process has been initiated against you, the transfer can be held null and void and they will take your assets anyway.

I hope you live in a 100% Homestead protection state -- only two so far -- Florida and Texas.
