The Mortgage Co Returned My Check

YES, that's what I said. Hello! I'm new to the forum but I have a question for anyone who may have an answer. I sent my mortgage out on Oct.12th for Aug 1st and because I'm oh what 2 & a half months behind, they send my GOOD check back. It hasn't been posted to my mortgage account. This check was returned with a note explaining that it represents one of three instullments and a "LEGAL" financial analysis form that may help us get caught up. HELP!!!!!!! I've been studying the Mortgage a Reconveyence program done by the Dorian Group but am I too late for help???
