I came across this article by Ray Martin a columnist for CBS Market Watch. It is a pretty informative article on what the CCC are doing to extract more money from you.

I wonder when they will think that it will be enough?

is the debt valid?

If ray martin is not asking this question--then what he has to say is useless because everyone knows of the screws being put them by CCCs. But alot of people don't know that they funded the loan in the first place.

Why doesn't he tell the people that?

Good research though.
