Need help obtaining information (involving phone calls)
This, again, is in relation to my other threads.
Long story short, I have sent them VOD requests, and requests to cease all telephone communications.
They keep calling and leaving messages.
Now the caller ID says "unavailable". How can i prove to the court that they keep calling in defiance of my lawful request?
Im planning on counter suing them for $1000 for violating the FDCPA. The amount they are trying to get from me is $722 (even though they can only prove I owe them 580 something)
I can bring in the messages, but nowhere on the tape does it say the date or time.
any ideas?
