I don't have the funds for this, but do have the time to try it myself. Could anyone help me with where I may find enough info to fight them myself?
I am also interested where I can find info to fight my CC companies and collections companies.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

I DON'T SEE HOW YOU CAN HAVE TIME TO FIGHT FORECLOSURE IF YOU'VE ALREADY BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE SALE OF YOUR HOUSE. ARE YOU IN A DEED OF TRUST STATE? THAT'S USUALLY 2 MONTHS AWAY.
MAYBE IF YOU SUE THE MORTGAGE COMPANY AND WIN A TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER FROM THE JUDGE YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO STOP THE FORECLOSURE.
ALL THIS OF COURSE IT'S EASIER SAID THAN DONE THAT'S WHY PEOPLE CHARGE MONEY FOR THEIR SERVICES. I'M STILL LEARNING HOW TO DO IT MYSELF.
IT TAKES TIME TO LEARN HOW TO FIGHT CC AND DEBT COLLECTORS. THERE'S PLENTY ON INFORMATION HERE. JUST STUDY AND READ PREVIOUS POSTS.
