Simple Validation of Debt Letter

Thank you for sharing your VOD's here. Although totally useful but I think I'll make mine simpler and direct to the point such as requesting substantial evidences to support the claim of the debt collector

What do you think? Please give me suggestion before I mail it. It is better to make it simple i think because the more you talk the more you make mistake.

Please check my words. Is there any lawyer in the house?

Dear debt collector:

RE:

Thank you for your letter dated....

I do not have a contractual relationship and business relationship with your company. Kindly provide substantial evidences to support your claim in reference to the above captioned matter.

I look forward to your response in writing.

Thank you.

You can do better than a letter. Swear an affidavit and send that. Notarization costs less than $10. Let them try to rebut it with a competent witness with first hand knowledge......
