New to Forum/Sui Juris but have SJ Testimony...^i^

8O Greetings Forum Members  ...^i^

I'm a new member...I'm not to Patriot study and support^i^ I
just saw and helped another see the power they have Sui Juris...in themself  :!: Wow it's amazing how the mice  scramble to drop the cheese when one makes the simple statement; "I'm here by Special Apperance and will represent myself Sui Juris in this Matter" ...^i^ I'm helping on a child obduction ( State) case. I'm getting ready to file Quo Warrento in my personal case and was amazed at how uncomfortable the adverse  side got to one simple statement. Suddenly their movement is in the open, exposed...^i^ This is true dynamite that blows corruption to bring back Due Process in our Courts of Record...Birdman^i^

Thanks Ice,

Nice site so far... I'll keep you posted. I've studied into Sui Juris, I understand the process but bubble tested it today. I never saw an about face so fast...it still charges me to think about it. From going to trial to a mediated outcome...you ever heard of this? A childs on his way home after 2 years on the snatch.

My personal case involves onesided exile court (divorce). I have been handling my case Sui Juris and am almost ready to file Quo Warrento and pursue a RICO claim. Taking back our courts is were it's at :!: :!: :!: ...Birdman^i^

RICKY,

It's in there - look again. But here you go anyways:

quo warranto. [Law Latin "by what authority"] 1. A common-law writ used to inquire into the authority by which a public office is held or a franchise is claimed. 2. An action by which the state seeks to revoke a corporation's charter.

I have a "Quo Warranto" sample (boilerplate) package sitting over at: savemyson.org. I last saw the package in the "fight back" section entitle "verified complaint".

Feel free to have a look see...

p.s. email Stuart and let him know what you think of his site... heck of a job Stuart!

SQUIRRELS,

THE&"NOTIFY ME OF REPLIES" IS STILL NOT WORKING FOR MY EMAIL.& STILL DON'T KNOW WHY.

ANYWAY, I WANT TO THANK YOU FOR GETTING BACK TO ME ON QUO WARRENTO.& I DID FIND IT LATER.& I DON'T KNOW WHY I COULDN'T SEE IT THE FIRST TIME.

BIRDMAN,

DID YOU FILE THE QUO WARRENTO?& IF SO, HOW DID IT HELP YOU?& WHAT WAS YOUR OBJECTIVE WITH IT? AND DID YOU ACCOMPLISH THE OBJECTIVE?

JUST TRYING TO LEARN THIS STUFF.

THANKS,
RICKY
