File criminal complaints against creditors

I would like this thread to be dedicated to laws we can use to file criminal charges against alleged banks, creditors and others who ignore our discharging of debts and continue to harass us. please post any laws we could use to file charges against them, thanx.

18 USC sec 1341 where it states”whoever having devised or intending to devise any scheme or artifice to defraud, or for obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent misrepresentation…”
