Question One Cra Deletes Mortgage Entry

a few months ago when i sent all three cra's verification/validation an a bunch of accounts, i included a current mortgage loan. one of the cra's deleted this mortgage account entry. i've had this mortgage for 3 years and i'm still making payments. the current mortge company receiving payments is actually a mortgage servicer and not the originator of the note.

my question is: what are the implications of this? should i contact the mortg. company and notify them one of the cra's can't validate/verify the loan is legit? thanks.

Making payments is not protection. Think PJT04.

Protect yourself from eviction, theft, illegal acts under color of law.

This is what I mean.

I'M THINKING BUT I'M MORE INTERESTED IN SELLING THIS PROPERTY RATHER THAN KEEPING IT. I'M NOT SURE ABOUT ALL THAT LAND PATENT STUFF BEING DISCUSSED IN OTHER POSTS IF THAT WHAT YOU'RE REFERING AS PROTECTION.

I'M MORE INTERESTED IN CHALLENGING THE VALIDITY OF THE DEBT SINCE ONE OF THE CRA'S CAN'T DO IT. I'M INTERESTED IN THE DISCREPANCY FROM THIS PARTICULAR CRA. IS THIS A BIG SCREW UP ON THEIR PART? SHOULD I RAISE HELL WITH THE MORTGAGE COMPANY?

I GUESS I COULD REQUEST TO SEE THE ORIGINAL NOTE AND MAKE A REFERENCE TO THE ONE PARTICULAR CRA DELETING THE ACCOUNT.
