dont give up on the guy, hes in need of a tutor. just cause he "knows" tom, doesnt mean hes read his books ;-).

read him the code which backs your claim. does his response change? and get him to back up his response if it still conflicts with yours.

let us know if his stance changes!

Well yeah Droog I always cite the code and legal rules to justify my answers to him. I did this on Tuesday to justify the VOD letter and Prom Note and I haven't heard from him since . . . . .

Intersting enough, I did MORE research yesterday and, as it turns out, everything I requested in that VOD letter was correct, even the Prom Note . . . It's not often that I say *I'm right* but I think this is an appropriate occasion.
