Re:Significant CRA victory
Jerseee,
Supposedly it is also in the code that these certain judgments cannot affect your credit... but then again, look who we're dealing with!& How many times have you heard that medical debts are not supposed to affect your credit?... and how many people do you know that can't get a loan because they have medical debts on their CR's (and nothing more than that)??
We're dealing with a liars and thieves.& Why believe anything??

Re:Significant CRA victory
Kgod,
They are still missing subject matter jurisdiction since the minor is not of majority yet. If I can think of a way to catch them representing the minor without consent of the parents then i got them. I got them admitting that there is a fiction or they are the parents--you can't have it both ways.
Ice,
You hit it on the head again and you have helped me prove what I was thinking and practicing (I am practicing ya know), that they cannot have it both ways. they can't subject someone to the same code that they enforce then turn around and ignore the same code they enforced for their benefit.
That is the essence of my strategy when dealing with anything these bastards put out. I go to the codes and apply them---hell they do it.

Re:Significant CRA victory
guess you guys see where i got my motto from. i learned from representing myself in court that they are TOTALLY LAWLESS. They have a law for this and that, and another law that contradicts that, and another one that contradicts that, and another one that contradicts that, and another one that contradicts that, and another one that contradicts that.............................................. .........

Re:Significant CRA victory
Greetings All,
I also have had two CRA's delete child support in Los Angeles, the SAME case, by the way. One was Transunion (the amount was $1581.00), the other, Experian ($5936). Both were deleted from&the consumer&credit report.
The actual amount alledged by L.A. County is $15,894. They have me on the Treasury Offset Program and probation. I have requested a review of my case, and they said "we believe everything should stay the way it is", and "if you don't agree with our decision, you have a RIGHT to a state administrative hearing".
Also, Sui Juris,
Would you provide the Richard Cornforth links re void judgments and other topics? Thanks in advance.

Seeklight,
You will find that Richard conforth video very very very enlightening.& As a matter of fact, if my memory serves me right--you are a stickler for codes and laws...this is right up your alley!& After looking at the seminar he gave on video---i think this guy may be at the top of the heap in the freedom movement.

Re:Significant CRA victory
Jerseee,
In problems with "child support" you must take into consideration the "marriage license" if one is involved.& The marriage license is a contract that forever gives the state authority in the marriage/divorce and children.
Those without the marriage contract should fair much better in regards to child support.

Re:Significant CRA victory
Ice, I believe the marraige license creates a trust of sorts: The state becomes the "trustee", the parents are the "equity owners". The child is the property owned by the trust. Makes me sick... me and my better half will not be making any babies until our marriage license (applied for in error) is revoked.

Kgod,
I learned this from Cornforth: It does not matter what the law says - it only matters what the courts have ruled in the past re that law. That is what will win cases... by referencing the annotated law.
Speaking of the annotated law - anyone know where it can be obtained on cd-rom? It would be awesome to make such a resource freely available on suijuris.
