Has anyone heard anything about this? Does anyone know what is going on?

Even though there seemed to be a mis-information about this, I spent a numbers of hours last night and most today looking and looking for anything about this for my own piece of mind. I believe it was just mis-information.

My cousin saw something about the article about Dorean being reported to BBB and in it it said that they had been reported to the FBI. The article was indexed on that site yesterday- but I had read that article here last week. She thought that it had just happened and the FBI had been called in. We both paniced, and when I panic- especially over something legal- the first place that I come is to SJ. I am sorry. I feel stupid, and I promise that I will check something out before I make a statement in the future.

If you read the "Inman News" article, you would have seen where one of TDG principals admitted to the reporter that they were under investigation, so this is not a surprise, and a visit from the alphabet soup is somewhat expected at some point in time.

Yes. I read it.....all three parts. And yes, the DG principle did mention this. Although, when you hear something like that, your first reaction is "what?"....and then go digging for yourself.
