Dorean Raided Or Not?

Dorean offices were raided by 40 federal agents the other day.They
confiscated files records etc.. On his weekly call, Kurt (one of the
Dorean owners) explained that the Dorean attorney flipped and is
now working for the US attorney. Kurt went on to add that the Dorean
attorney was also incompentent. He worked for them for 8 months. I
wonder what that makes the people who hired this attorney? Then
again the other owner's , Scott own house has been in foreclsoure
the last 2 years, makes you wonder how he can clear your house if he
does not know how to do it on his.

2. Updates by Dorean marketing agents on any progress or useful info that comes from TDG regarding the process.
3. Asking relevant questions of each other regarding TDG process and progress.
4. Solutions to problems involved in TDG process.

What this thread is NOT for:
1. Debating the legalities and ethics of the process.
2. Snide comments that serve no purpose other than expressing opinion.
3. Complaining.
4. Marketing.
5. Finger-pointing and name-calling.
6. Religious Dogma
7. Dorean's Pricing structure
8. Anything unrelated to the four points above.

Please start a different thread if you want to talk about the eight points that this thread is NOT for.

If you know of someone in TDG process please invite them here to share their experiences.

My understanding of where things are at right now, coming from information I found in previous threads and information from the Dorean broker I am in contact with, is that:

- Legacy clients are being foreclosed on because they stopped making mortgage payments when they started the process or after receiving the deed of reconveyance. The banks don’t recognize the reconveyance as a legitimate mortgage discharge to stop the foreclosure.
- There are over ten pending lawsuits involving TDG. What they are specifically about I don’t know.
- The Kenny case recently in court solved nothing for either side (am I right here?)
- Those clients who have their deeds of reconveyance (signed by Scott on behalf of the bank) and who have been paying their mortgage to avoid the credit damage are still not able to refi because the title companies aren’t recognizing the legitimacy of the reconveyance.

If you have information supporting or contrary to this I want to hear it as well as any other information and updates.

1. KJ does not have weekly calls, so your first sentence shows your ignorance.
2. Spielbauer did not "flip" as you put it, but his sanctions escalated things.
3. Scott hasn't made payments in two years, and is not in foreclosure.

well actually, oh wise one , 40 fed agents raiding your offices is not a good thing. And yes Kurt does do calls on his CRC or CCR marketing calls for his broker marketing groups where he shared all that, but then again you probaly know all that. they rely on individuals, like yourself, whose definition of due diligence is.........my upline said so.

If the feds did raid his offices, and Kirt says they did, that means your name is with the feds along with all the promises of free and clear titles you guys made, all the records of payments people made to you guys including all the threats and intimidation tactics Dorean brokers are well known for.

Well, now at least you admitted you were wrong on your comprehension of the call, and thus you are reporting INACCURATE info.

Oh Ignorant one, you are so wrong. Were you on CCR's website listening to the call? That is a private forum and you are in copyright violation as you obviously are not a CCR affiliate, so I should notify CCR of your violation and have them seek out who you are through SJ and then seek damages against you.

One other thing, there is no upline for me, so your wrong AGAIN!

You guys should really consider doing a comedy show. 40 fed agents raiding your offices is not a good thing froma business standpoint. What are you going to do?. Ask the US attorney , pretty please, for your files back? In those files the feds confiscated will be all those lovely "customer service" emails you send your clients i.e insults , threats , intimidation along with all the promises of free and clear titles you made to everyone and I am sure the bank records wher all those up front fees came in.

I posted the link that takes you to the recording. I don't keep up whether Dorean makes its call weekly, bi-weekly or from the work release program. Why don't you provide this forum with the codes that allow people to hear the recording? Then everyone can decide, you know as in "we report, you decide" Here is is again:
